BabylissEco Dry – BaByliss have launched their new hairdryer that uses 50% less electricity than the normal 2000 watt model. Normal dryers use around 95% energy for heat & 5% for air flow, which both combine to dry hair. The Eco Dry works by using a new motor that concentrates on increasing the air flow. In other words, it boosts the least energy-intensive way of drying your hair.

New packaging on one popular kids toy, for example, eliminates 36 inches of plastic-coated wire ties, 1,576.5 square inches of printed corrugated package inserts, 36.1 square inches of printed folding carton materials, 175.25 square inches of PVC blisters, 3.5 square inches of ABS molded styrene and two molded plastic fasteners. Phew!
